Sleeping Room Blocks
Explore the convenience and benefits of hosting your event with us! Our room block option is tailored for gatherings with a minimum requirement of 8 rooms per night, accommodating up to a maximum of 25 rooms nightly. Please note, there is a two-night minimum on weekends from May through October. During our peak season, we prioritize room blocks exclusively for groups hosting on-site events, ensuring an intimate and seamless experience for all. By securing a group block, you not only guarantee availability but also lock in favorable pricing.
Bar Information
All alcoholic beverages for events must be supplied by the Hood River Hotel. We carry a wide range of options of local draft beers and wines. We offer the convenience of sourcing any special wine or liquor requests you may have, ensuring a personalized touch to your event’s beverage selection. You have the flexibility to fully host the bar, partially host it, or opt for an all-cash bar. A standard 20% gratuity is applied to hosted bars. Bartending labor is priced at $25 per hour, with a requirement of two bartenders for events with more than 50 guests. A $150 permit fee is applied when serving liquor.
